Terah is a dynamic community advocate, strategic marketer, and event organizer dedicated to fostering inclusivity and empowerment within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. As Founder and President of Queer Community Network, Terah channels her passion and expertise into creating supportive spaces where individuals can authentically connect and thrive.
With over 20 years of experience as a community activist and organizer, Terah has been at the forefront of grassroots efforts to advance equity, build political power, and uplift marginalized voices across Southwest Washington. She has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as Treasurer for the Queer Youth Resource Center, Chair of the 17th Legislative District Democrats, and Vice Chair of the Clark County Democrats, among others. With more than a decade of experience organizing large-scale events, Terah is proud to have been co-organizer of the Vancouver Pride Block Party for several years. She is known for her creativity, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to building spaces where all people—especially queer, trans, and BIPOC community members—feel seen, valued, and safe.
Professionally, Terah is the Director of Brands and Products at Nimble Distro, where she leads the marketing and manufacturing departments for Oregon’s largest cannabis distributor. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to both her business and nonprofit work, driven by a deep belief in collaboration, equity, and community care.
Terah, her wife Sam, their two kiddos, and kitties live in Vancouver. In their free time they enjoy exploring the beauty of the PNW and thrift shopping.
BREN BAKER (they/them)

Bren (they/them) is a passionate community advocate, organizer, and volunteer dedicated to helping queer and trans people feel seen, supported, and connected. As Secretary of Queer Community Network, Bren brings a deep commitment to fairness, integrity, and love - values that guide both their advocacy and their vision for building a stronger, more inclusive community.
A lifelong volunteer, Bren has contributed their time and talents to numerous nonprofit and community organizations, including the YWCA, Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools, Southwest Washington Humane Society, Bloodworks Northwest, Vancouver Mutual Aid, Clark County Democrats, Whole Washington, and remains actively engaged in grassroots organizing and community advocacy throughout Southwest Washington.
Professionally, Bren brings more than a decade of experience in event production, hospitality, sales, and leadership. They spent five years as Director of Event Technology at the Hilton Vancouver and have extensive experience managing events, building relationships, and creating welcoming experiences for diverse audiences.
Currently, Bren’s works as an Organizer with several political campaigns including No Hate in Washington State campaign, where they have helped mobilize opposition to policies targeting LGBTQ+ youth. Their own journey exploring gender identity has further deepened their commitment to creating affirming spaces where people can share their experiences and find support.
Bren is a proud parent of both an incredible human and a spunky pup. Bren enjoys spending time with chosen family, causing the occasional bit of productive mischief, and encouraging accountability wherever it’s needed.

Treasurer
Sean Miller (he/him) is a business owner, customer- and employee-centric business leader, innovation strategist, and serial entrepreneur passionate about building people-first organizations. He currently owns a thriving auto repair shop rooted in honesty, affordability, and community, especially focused on creating a safe space for those who feel uncomfortable at traditional repair shops.
Previously Sean has served as COO and VP of Global Enterprise Sales for several tech startups focused on global innovation initiatives and community collaboration. Sean currently sits on several local Vancouver boards, including the Queer Community Network and Rotary, and actively participates with several other non-profits. He is a passionate LGBTQ2SIA+ advocate, and equal rights advocate.
Sean and his husband, David, founded and lead Queer Masterminds, a support and networking group for local Vancouver-based queer business owners. Sean Miller was awarded 2025 Best of the Best Clark County Young Professional by The Reflector Newspaper.
Mike Pond (he/him)

Mike Pond is a dedicated community advocate with a passion for equity, progressive change, and empowering LGBTQ+ voices. A lifelong Vancouver, Washington resident, Mike has been deeply involved in local politics and grassroots organizing for over a decade. His activism began early, earning the rank of Eagle Scout and organizing student-led initiatives to support public education funding.
With degrees from Clark College and Western Washington University, Mike’s career has spanned political communications, campaign strategy, and community engagement. He has played a key role in local campaigns, championed affordable housing efforts, and worked to bring clean industries to the Port of Vancouver. His leadership includes serving as Board Member for the Queer Youth Resource Center, Chair of Young Democrats of Clark County, and Precinct Committee Officer. Recognized for his work, Mike was honored with a public service award from the labor community and was voted “Most Likely to Know a Guy” by his WA IDF cohort.
As a Board Member of Queer Community Network, Mike is committed to fostering inclusive spaces, strengthening queer representation, and building coalitions that drive meaningful change. When he's not organizing, he enjoys exploring the best food spots, escaping to the coast with his partner Tyler, and doting on their basset hound, Romeo.
Mackenzie Dunham (they/she)
Board Director
Mackenzie is a clinical social worker, entrepreneur, and advocate for LGBTQ+ communities. As the founder and director of Wild Heart Society, a group private practice in Vancouver, WA, Mackenzie specializes in supporting queer youth, families, and professionals through therapy, education, and community-building. They are also the host of Camp Wild Heart, a podcast guiding parents of transgender kids through their journey of understanding and affirmation.
With expertise in Brené Brown’s research and Internal Family Systems therapy, Mackenzie develops trainings, workshops, and online courses to support clinicians and caregivers working with LGBTQ+ youth. Their work is centered on fostering connection, resilience, and affirming spaces for queer individuals.
As a board member of Queer Community Network, Mackenzie contributes their experience in mental health and community organizing to help create safe, inclusive environments. They are passionate about advocacy, storytelling, and ensuring queer and trans people have the support they need to thrive.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys interior design, traveling, and obsessing over Hamilton: The Musical. They live in the Pacific Northwest with their family and firmly believe in the power of joy, community, and a good cup of tea.
